We are delighted to have advised Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) on the pre-let of 46,000 sq ft at The Carter, 11 Pilgrim Street to @Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm.

The Carter completes in June this year and will deliver 116,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation. The building is being comprehensively refurbished and extended while reusing the existing structure, substructure  and façade, reducing its carbon usage by 61% compared to a new build.

This leaves 69,500 sq ft remaining on LG – 3^rd floors with access to a communal terrace.
